Engaging the Community Through the Rhythms of Jazz & GoGo

The Home Rule Music Festival is a family-friendly multi-day celebration of DC’s rich musical legacy and culture. Join us on Saturday, July 20 at Alethia Tanner Park in the Eckington neighborhood as we celebrate Go-Go music.
The event will have the best local food and merchandise vendors, activations by local community organizations and sponsors, a record fair, a live mural painting, a youth village, and amazing live jazz and go-go music.
The event will start with a local music producer showcase. Featured performers include Seed of Soul (a High School Band), The Experience Band & Show, and Be’la Dona.
